Position Overview
The Business Development & Sales Executive will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, expanding client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities for Orbit Pakistan Services LTD. This role is ideal for professionals who are target-driven, commercially aware, and capable of managing the full sales lifecycle—from lead generation to deal closure and post-sale relationship management.
The selected candidate will work closely with internal teams including marketing, operations, and management to ensure client requirements are accurately understood and effectively delivered. This position requires a strong balance of communication skills, analytical thinking, and execution discipline.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and research potential clients, partners, and new business opportunities in local and international markets.
- Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, inbound inquiries, networking, and digital channels.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned with monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to identify growth opportunities.
2. Sales & Client Acquisition
- Conduct professional sales presentations, meetings, and negotiations with prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions aligned with company services and capabilities.
- Prepare and deliver accurate proposals, quotations, and contracts in coordination with management.
- Close deals efficiently while maintaining profitability and compliance with company policies.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication and high service standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and ensure client satisfaction post-sale.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client portfolios.
- Resolve client concerns professionally and coordinate internally to ensure timely issue resolution.
4. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and client interactions using CRM tools or internal systems.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management review.
- Track KPIs including conversion rates, deal value, revenue contribution, and client retention metrics.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously improve sales strategies and outcomes.
5. Internal Coordination & Process Improvement
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, lead quality, and messaging alignment.
- Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to ensure commitments made during sales are fulfilled.
- Provide market feedback to management to support service improvements and new offerings.
- Contribute to the development of sales processes, scripts, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) will be considered a strong advantage but is not mandatory.
Professional Experience
- Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition roles.
- Prior experience in digital services, IT services, marketing agencies, or B2B environments is preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (professional-level proficiency required).
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and presentation abilities.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market and performance data.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
